1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pbs88 ("pbs88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pbs88.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pbs88 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, any application, or any affiliated service — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Accepted documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences issued in Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single registered account on the pbs88 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. pbs88 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your pbs88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are credited to your pbs88 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pbs88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are solely responsible for any such third-party charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6, daily). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. pbs88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Restricted Funds

Funds deposited into your pbs88 account are for the sole purpose of gambling activity on the pbs88 platform. pbs88 is not a banking or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Any balance that remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at pbs88 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new account holders only and may not be claimed more than once per player, household, IP address, or device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pbs88 actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and systematic exploitation of welcome or reload offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be closed without prior notice.

5.4 Seasonal & Reload Promotions

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pbs88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific market as published on the pbs88 platform at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. pbs88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during critical match moments or in the event of technical disruption. Any bet placed during a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the pbs88 platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. 6.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, data feed error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or erroneous bonus credit, pbs88 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the player's balance. pbs88 is not obligated to honour bets or payouts resulting from such errors, regardless of the amount involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbs88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming or evading a previous account ban
• Colluding with other players to fix bet outcomes, share information for unfair advantage, or manipulate game results
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place bets that you know or suspect are mispriced
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your pbs88 account
• Money laundering or using the pbs88 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Any conduct intended to defraud pbs88 or other players on the platform

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your pbs88 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining balance after bonus deductions will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Self-exclusion requests — temporary (7 days to 6 months) or permanent — are also processed via the same contact channel.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by pbs88

pbs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal obligation requiring account closure

In cases of closure for cause, pbs88 may retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure results from a player's breach of these Terms, pbs88 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any winnings arising from activity that violated these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbs88, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the pbs88 platform
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control
• Loss arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Actions taken by pbs88 in good faith compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pbs88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. pbs88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pbs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the pbs88 platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pbs88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in section 8.1.
